Like an old friend, one of my favorite old-school "C" hops returns this week with the Chinooker'd IPA! It will be going out in draught to our tap accounts and bottles to our retail outlets - see our Lawson's website for a full list.
I'm also really excited about the next Montpelier Farmer's Market on January 21, Saturday, from 10am to 2pm. We're working on trying to get the next Oak-aged Fayston Maple Imperial Stout in bottles by then, and its a beauty! Aged for over a year in a single barrel that previously held Buffalo Trace bourbon and Sam Adams Utopias! Blended with some fresh FMIS....So smooth....yum! I've also saved just a few remaining cases of the Seared Palate Barley Wine and these will go to the market as well.
Here's a quick preview of other beers I'll have in ample quantities (min. 12 cases each)
2011 Red Spruce Bitter (one brew a year!)
Chinooker'd IPA
Double Sunshine IPA
and drumroll please....Steve's Backyard Red Ale! We'll be posting more details about this special collaboration beer with local homebrewer Steve Robbins of the Mad River Valley soon!
Cheers!
Sean
