What's on deck?

Hey Friends,
What fabulous early fall weather and foliage we are having here in central Vermont! This past weekend's SIPtemberfest was a blast and blessed with spectacular sunshine, blue skies, lots of smiles, beautiful weather, amazing leaf colors and fantastic beers! So....what's next....you ask?

Below are listed the beers that will be delivered for the next few weeks to our bottle and draft locations (Mad River Valley on Thursdays; Montpelier, Waterbury, Burlington on Fridays). As of today (10/1), you can also find the Double Dose IPA in a few locations in bottles, and many places have it on draft. A few of our accounts may still have the Maple Wheat Ale or another LFL beer on tap into the coming weekend.

10/3 - Chinooker'd IPA
10/10 - Vermont Cascade (Local Hop) Harvest Ale
10/17 - Triple Play IPA

Waitsfield Farmer's Market - Oct. 12th

Our last outdoor Farmer's Market will take place on Saturday October 12th from 9am-1pm and we have another stellar line-up for you. The bottle limit will be 4 bottles per person, per variety; except for the Double Dose IPA, which has a two 4 pack/person limit - This will likely be the last remaining bottles of Double Dose in the state of Vermont! Oct. 12th will also be our initial release of our 2013 bottling of the Maple Barrel Aged Imperial Stout! We will be reserving half of the bottles for the December 21st Farmers Market in Montpelier, so you will be able to purchase it at that time as well.

Maple Barrel-Aged Fayston Maple Imperial Stout (11%; 2013 release!) - $15/375ml
OCB-LFL Double Dose IPA (8.5%) - $15/4pack - 12oz
Double Sunshine IPA (8%) - $9/22oz (Farmer's Market only release of bottles!)
Chinooker'd IPA (6.9%) - $8/22oz
Vermont Cascade (local hop) Harvest Ale (5.5%) - $7/22oz
2012 Maple Tripple Ale (12%) - $25/500ml

  1. Sean, is the Barrel Aged Fayston Maple Imperial Stout the same beer that was available at the tasting booth for the Friday night session of the Vermont Brewer's Festival back in July?

    1. This will be our 2013 release (brewed in 2012, aged in oak for almost a year) of maple barrel aged FMIS. The beer poured at the VBF was our 2012 version. Each year has slight variations

  2. What is the likelihood that any bottles are available toward the end of the market? Flying in from Atlanta that day for a conference, and wouldn't get there until 12:30 or 1pm.

    1. We typically have some bottles left at the end of the market, however, it is usually only one variety, maybe two. The Maple Tripple Ale is almost guaranteed to still be available. The IPA's will most likely be all gone.

  3. Hi - I just emailed you with the same question as Eric - I am coming down form Montreal with family, and won't be there until 12:00 / 13:00 . . . wondering if you think there will be anything left.
